Need Bank Instrument,Very Urgently Buyer and Importer

We are interested to obtain SBLC, irrevocable, unconditional, fully cash backed, one year maturity, issued by major European Bank (preferably HSBC), in the initial amount of $100 million. Purpose of the instrument is to discount/take facility against it for our business activities, to be followed by larger amount.If our bank can receive a pre-advice message from seller's bank, confirming issuance of instrument, our bank will confirm in return payment of all fees after receipt and authentication.We need name of the bank and format of the instrument to get it approved by our bank.We will look into both leased and sale of instrument, so you may send me offer for both and we will choose after consultation with our bank.Due to nonperformance of previous supplier, we need to identify the seller/lessor prior to going bank to bank.Thank you .RegardsO.Komolafekomolastic-center-SkypeIDn the initial amount of $100 million.
