Measuring length Function and 1pc MOQ linear scale Buyer and Importer

hello, I have already ordered an item I.e.High quality digital readout (DRO)with 1 axis and linear scale, Delos DS-1V from Alibaba. Com but as I've received it and as I installed it in my machine, it showed a linear error. please can you provide us with the settings.
