Looking for stainless steel sheet Buyer and Importer

Main grades are ASTM: 304, 321, 316, 420. The requested payment terms: 100% deferred payment or 100% LC against BL +60-90 days. The payment will be done only after check at the destination port (check by SGS or similar organization). Please don't offer standard payment terms like 10-30% advanced payment / balance against B/L.
