The 10% commission in the IMFPA is the be divided Equally to 3 groups... Buyer Mandate, Intermediary, Seller Mandate. The Intermediary Group should have no more than 3 teams each receiving an equal share of the commission allotted to the Intermediary group (No group receives more than the other) Your group would be one of the three teams, with the other two teams being already filled.
