Looking for ABS customized plastic mold Buyer and Importer

Dear Madam/Sir,We need an ABS plastic injection mould (and 1000 set of injected parts in white color). It is an electronic device enclosure consisting 3 components: TOP, BOTTOM and HANGER. We need a cost effective mold, good for production 200000 pcs .Our enclosure consist of 3 parts. We need a 1 cavity mold for each part so if we merge all 3 parts in one mold we can have 1 set of Product per injection.Please contact me for 3D files. ABS mould We need an ABS plastic injection mould (and 1000 set of injected parts in white color). It is an electronic device enclosure consisting 3 components: TOP, BOTTOM and HANGER. (attached in 3 separate files in STL format) 1) TOP partTOP part is the main visible part of the device and its external surface need to be well polished (SPI A-2), internal surface smoothness is not important.We need 3 variations of top part with some removable parts in the mould. (please see 3 variations of top part.jpg)A) Original designB) With 2 ventilation holes C) With cable outlet 2) BOTTOM partTop part will be assembled on bottom part with 3 pcs M3 screws. (please find assembled.dwg). Its external surface needs to be well polished (SPI A-2). The internal surface smoothness in not important. A 2x78 mm silicon O-ring will seals the internal chamber between TOP and BOTTOM parts. (Holes on BUTTOM part will be covered by polycarbonate sticker film later. (See picture assembled section.jpg)3) HANGER partThis part should be assembled on Bottom part with 1 M3 screw. This components polish is not important. Notes:- Injection gate shouldn’t be located on external surface (or external edge) of TOP part.- Injection gate shouldn’t be located under poly carbonate film on BOTTOM part.- There are 3 pcs of M3 screws for assembling the TOP part on BOTTOM part. I appreciate if we could have 2 separate quotation for having M3 insert nuts and ordinary square shape holes for both mould making and injection of 1000 pcs. (See picture insert m3 nuts in TOP part.jpg) - There is 1 pcs of M3 screw for assembling the HANGER part on BOTTOM part.
