I'm looking for a manufacturer to assist with making outdoor picnic mats made from leather. The requirements would be: Top surface made from a synthetic layer of polyurethane on bonded leather that contains a both faux leather and natural leather fibres. The backing would need to be a soft suede leather. The mat will need to be waterproof, heat resistant and not contain any PVV, nasty chemicals like formamide etc. I would also require the mat to be cut to size, stitched around the edges and my logo stamped into the leather.
