High Purity Aluminum Sputtering Target. The specifications of the required Aluminum sputtering target are as below: Material- Aluminium (Al) Purity- 99.999%. (mention any other impurity material percentage if present) Copper backing plates - Yes and No (both) Diameter - 3 inch Thickness - 0.25 inch Also you can send quotation of both 1/4 inch & 1/8 inch thickness sputtering targets( with and without copper backing plate separately).
