Hello, i am seeking a manufacturer who can help me design a Very UNIQUE hat. i want a basic hat design with a HOLE at the top of the hat (preferably a drawstring of some sort) to accommodate ponytails, dreads, buns, high puffs for natural African american hair,etc. because all hair is different. i want to be able to wear a hat with out having to modify my hair and i know others would like to also.
