Ananya Precisions Pvt. Ltd. Details of Components for Which Heat treatment Furnace Required. 1. Name of the component -- Precision Plug 2. Size of Plug ------ 3.50 mm dia X 26.50 mm Long Grooved as per design. 3. Material Specifications -- The Plugs are made of Stainless Steel grade SUS 420 or equivalent. 4. Indicated Temperature --- we are told hardening temperature for this kind of material is about 1050 deg C holding time approx 30 minutes at this temperature, hence we will prefer the furnace to be capable of working up to 1100 deg C safely. After the material is taken out of the furnace it is to be immediately quenched. 5. Capacity -- We will like to have a minimum capacity of 10000 PC per 8 hours shift which is approx 20 Kgs and Approx 3.25 litters by volume. 6. Tempering--Indicated tempering temperature is 200 - 300 deg C e of Plug ------ 3.50 mm dia X 26.50 mm Long Grooved as per design. 3.
