We are looking at the possibility of rolling out national oriented QC system for haematology analyzers in use within health facilities in Ghana. We have acquired preliminary data on range of analyzers available and would want to pilot with about 60 facilities for now. If successful, we are envisaging a national haematology QC roll-out in conjunction with the Biomedical Association throughout the national with regional centres.
