The requirements are listed below:1_ Gold plate thickness of 1-4 micrometer2_ Gold must be 24K3_ Resulting parts must withstand high temperatures of 250C for more than 1500 hours without discoloring and change in taste.4_ The gold must be plated directly to the SUS 304 substrate. no intermediary layer can be accepted.5_ device is for medical use and gold plating and materials used must be 100% safe for human contact.6_ Matte gold plating solution of Orotemp 24T from Technic company is highly preferred.
