There is a need for a sleeve (or sleeves) of about 12" (305 mm) to cover diameters ranging from 4-1/2" to 7-1/2" (115 - 190 mm). Ideally, with an expandable sleeve, three diameters might be sufficient to carry as inventory for servicing the market. This is for a SCBA tank used by a fireman for oxygen while fighting a fire.
