Hi there! I am looking for custom made foam discs made three different ways. Please quote me for the following in EPE if that is something you offer. If you do not offer EPE, please inform me of similar materials that would be good for suspending a cylindrical product within a mailing tube (rigid but non-abrasive). I was not able to attach all images of the three disks I need manufactured, but the most complex disc is attached to this as an image and ALL are 60mm outer diameter circles. I have CAD files for all of the disks and can send them to you via email if that will assist in a more precise quotation. Disk one is 25mm tall and looks like a C shape and has two triangle barbs on the inside of the cut area. Disk two is 35mm tall and has two different diameter holes cut out of it - but NOT all the way through the disk. The shallower hole is 19mm diameter by 12mm deep, the deeper hole is 14mm diameter by 13mm deep. The third disk is almost the same as disk two, but has only one hole cut into it. the hole cut out is 20mm diameter and 25mm deep. It does NOT go all the way through. I need 100 of every disk for now (300 total), though, in the future it will increase drastically. Ideally, I am looking for a foam that is rigid but still soft enough to not scratch my product. These will be used as spacers for my product being mailed in a tube so they should be able to hold a .25kg tube in place.
