The Buyer shall direct its bankers Kasikorn, and Siam Commercial Bank, Thailand to issue a claimable Letter of Credit representing One percent (1%) of the Total Shipment Value to the Seller. The said Letter of Credit official release clause is automatically triggered when the vessel – Oil Products Tanker – starts approaching the Myanmar Sea Area. The balance of the invoiced amount will be paid via MT103 / TT by the Buyer once the vessel arrives at Myanmar port and the SGS Q&Q test on the cargo paid for by the buyer yields a satisfactory report. Within 48 hours before the cargo - fuel will be discharged into storage tanks.
