i would like to purchase a device that can detect fake and original driving licence cards...for example if you get a penalty ticket for reckless driving or driving without a drivers licence card than it detects if you have any penalties given to you just maybe scanning the licence than it reads on the device..or if you in possession of a licence that you acquired through buying it instead of going through the initial studying process than it detects... reason why i want it is to introduce to our law enforcement so it can be implemented...please get back to me..
