Buyer signs and returns FCO. Fund proof MT 705 bank to bank confirmation. 4. NCNDA /IMFPA signed by all mandates ,Intermediaries, buyer and seller. 5. Seller Sends Draft Contract. 6. Buyer studies contract modifies if necessary signs and returns to seller. Seller counter signing the contract . 7. Buyer sends SBLC, DLC, verbiage to seller bank 8. Seller sends partial pop, s/Video of current stock 8. Buyer activates SBLC , MT 760 or DLC, MT 700. 9. PB activation 3% for SBLC and No PB for DLC. 10. Shipment begins within 10 - 15 days 11. Buyer releases the payment through TT or MT 103 at destination port after Inspection by SGS or equivalent agency. 12.
