We're are in the process of developing a new product and are currently in the second stage of prototyping. The product include 10 to 15 custom CNC cut parts to be made of high grade aluminum or stainless steel. At this point we need to sample parts of a mechanism, two gears made of Aluminum 2024 or stainless steel. Attached is a picture with dimensions. The thickness of the parts is required to be 10mm. Can do less also to a minimum of 5mm and amend the CAD design. The first order is for a sample of the gears enclosed to test fit. If the sample is approved we will need 3 of each for the prototype immediately. The second order will be for a batch of 100 after testing all product parts. The third order will be mass manufacturing by end of 2020. We're looking for a manufacturer who is capable of precise CNC manufacturing and willing to go through the above steps.
