Dear members, I am representing 2 of the largest chinese steel plants and i am not acting as a middle man. we are the buyers and like to have contacts with final sellers (not middle men - unless they are authorised agents). we want to buy any qty of steel scrap 1,2 80/20 first deal individual, once happy with the quality and handling, a yearly contract is expected. we are looking for monthly qty of 30 000 tons, up to 100 000 tons. we will open irrevocable non-transferrable L/C to the seller. A middle man must either get his comission from the seller or from us, but L/C will only be opened from buyer to seller directly.
