We are direct buyers for cement 42.5R according to the following terms and conditions : - Product :Ordinary portland cement 42.5R . - Specification : EN-197-1/2000 or equivalent . - Quantity : 150.000 MT . - Shipments : 12500 MT x 12 months . - Packing : 50kg bags . - Price : in USD per MT CIF Free Out ,Tripoli port ,Libya . - Performance Bond : 2% non-operative after signature of the contract . - Payment : Revolving 100% at sight L/C confirmed by prime bank . - Inspection : SGS or similar at port of loading . - Special conditions : bags to be marked in Arabic + English . - Origin : to be specified by seller ( 1 origin only ) . - Procedure : 1/ Seller issue FCO . 2/ Buyer accepts FCO and issue ICPO with full banking details . 3/ Seller & buyer sign contract at the sellers office . 4/ Seller issue 2% non-operative Performance Bond . 5/ Buyer Open L/C and activate PB. 6/ Delievery commences as per contract .
