Dear Sirs, Our client asked us the following: They wants to sign a Purchase of LNG contract as following: Every month 2 ships of LNG each containing 150.000 Tons ( Total 300.000 Tons per month ) to be transported to Asia. In one year they will buy a total of 12 x 300.000 = 3.600.000,-- Tons. They want to conclude a contract for five years. Payment will be 100% through a First Class Letter of Credit on FOB documents.
