If you are able to send Dip Test Authorization immediately after sign the contract please send me your SCO. If you are not able to send me DTA just after signs the contract please don't contact me. Don't ask me for quantity or port. It's you who have to say how much fuel do you have and where do you have it. So, if you have product please show it to me. If you don't have product, please don't contact me. Very very easy. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DON'T NEED TO RENT A TANK. WE DO DIP AND TEST IN SELLER'S TANK AND WE SEND OUR OWN SHIPS TO LOAD IT.
