The noodles are a type of dough (paste) elongated, small width and flattened shape comprising the set of acute paste (dry pasta) of Italian origin. Although the ones that are known in all Europe and other places come directly from Italy, there is a controversy about its origin since in China they have been preparing noodles similar to the noodles and spaghetti from more than a millennium before that in Italy.
