As we specialize in Designing, Fabricating and Galvanising of Stell as per the requirements of the customer, we have a production capacity of 10,000 MT/month having kettle size of 7mtr (length) x 1.4mtr (width) x 1.2mtr (Length) and 13.1mtr (Length) x 1.4mtr (width) 1.2mtr (Depth). Considering overwhelming orders, our management has taken up steps to install a 3rd GI plant wit the state-of-the-art technology having kettle size of 13.5mtrs (Length) x 1.5mtrs (Width) x 2.5mtr (Depth) which will be the biggest plant in the state of Chhattisgarh.The most common applications of Galvanized Structures we deal in are Lighting Poles, High Mast, Solar Structures, Crash Barriers, Industrial Sheds, Transmission Towers, Railway Electrification Structures, Wind Mill Towers, Monopoles etc…..Our Manufacturing Capacity: We can deliver 600 pieces of GI Octagonal Poles of any height in a span of 2 weeks. This is a benchmark set by us in the industry and is yet to beaten by any other company.
LED Manufacturing Unit
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Sidcul, Haridwar. With in-house government approved NABL setup, we are able to manufacture world class products for our clients. We are manufacturing our own LED Drivers and have a complete setup for manufacturing street lights and flood lights upto 500w. We have our team of Research and Development with constantly tries to keep us ahead of the competition by brining up new products with proves the advancement in science and technology.
